Welcome to Fantasy Sports Concierge (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our fantasy league commissioner and concierge services (“Services”). By purchasing or using our Services, you (“you,” “your,” “League,” or “Participants”) agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Nature of Service
Fantasy Sports Concierge provides commissioner and concierge services for fantasy sports leagues. We are not a sportsbook, gambling operator, or financial institution. Our Services operate through third-party platforms such as ESPN, Sleeper, Yahoo, and secure payment processors such as LeagueSafe, Stripe, and PayPal. Our role is to simplify fantasy league management, handle administrative and commissioner duties, and improve the overall league experience.
2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.

You are responsible for ensuring participation in fantasy sports is legal in your jurisdiction.
3. Scope of Services
Depending on the package purchased, our Services may include:

League setup, rules, and draft facilitation

Dues management through approved third-party processors

Season administration, including reminders, standings, trade review, and dispute resolution

End-of-season awards, newsletters, or recaps

Add-ons such as trophies, in-person draft hosting, and analytics reports
We may use third-party software or integrations to deliver Services. Your use of these platforms is also subject to their terms and conditions.
4. Payments and Refunds

All payments must be made upfront at the time of booking.

Payments are processed securely through third-party providers.

Once Services begin (such as league setup), all payments are non-refundable.

If you cancel before Services begin, we may, at our discretion, issue a partial refund.
5. Dues and Payouts

All entry fees and prize payouts must be managed through LeagueSafe or another approved secure payment service.

Fantasy Sports Concierge is not responsible for funds lost due to misuse, fraud, or disputes between participants outside our oversight.
6. Commissioner Authority and Disputes

By hiring Fantasy Sports Concierge, you agree we serve as the neutral commissioner of your league.

Our rulings on trades, rules interpretations, and lineup compliance are final.

We maintain a Dispute Ledger for transparency, documenting all rulings.
7. No Guarantee of Outcomes
We do not guarantee:

Your success in winning any fantasy league

Continuous operation of third-party platforms

That all participants will follow league rules (though we will enforce them when possible)
8. Intellectual Property
All branding, logos, website content, and materials are owned by Fantasy Sports Concierge. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our materials without prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Fantasy Sports Concierge will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim related to Services will not exceed the amount you paid for that season.
10. Termination
We may terminate Services immediately if:

You or any participant engages in abusive, harassing, or fraudulent behavior

Payment is incomplete or not received
If terminated for these reasons, no refunds will be provided.
11. Privacy
We collect basic personal information (such as name, email, and payment details) solely to deliver Services. We do not sell your information. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details on data practices.
12. Compliance with Laws
You agree to use our Services in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, including those relating to fantasy sports and online gaming.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with a new Effective Date. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania. Any disputes will be handled according to the procedures described in our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
