Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Fantasy Sports Concierge, we are committed to providing high-quality commissioner and concierge services for fantasy sports leagues. Because each league requires upfront planning and customization, this policy explains how payments, refunds, cancellations, and service credits are handled.
Payments

All payments for league packages are due upfront at the time of booking.

Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers such as Stripe, LeagueSafe, and PayPal.
Cancellations Before Services Begin

If you cancel before any work has started (such as league setup, draft scheduling, or rules consultation), you may request a refund minus a 10% processing fee.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to billing@fantasysportsconcierge.com.
Cancellations After Services Begin

Once commissioner duties begin (including league setup, draft hosting preparation, or ongoing management), payments are non-refundable.

This reflects the upfront time and resources required to customize each league.
Mid-Season Cancellations

If you cancel during an active fantasy season, no refunds will be provided.

Commissioner oversight is a season-long service, and resources are committed in full from the start.
Service Credits

If unforeseen circumstances prevent us from delivering services (such as technical failure or commissioner illness), we may issue a service credit for use in a future season.

Service credits are offered at our discretion and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Special Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued due to dissatisfaction with league outcomes (such as trades, playoff results, or personal team performance).

Refunds will not be granted if a participant violates our Terms and Conditions (including harassment, abusive conduct, or fraud).
Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your legal rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

If your local law provides additional rights, those will apply in addition to this policy.
